West London Ramblers AGM 2021

The AGM will be on Tuesday 7th December, in Northfields Community Centre. The Community Centre is at 71a Northcroft Road, Ealing W13 9SS

The business of the evening will start promptly at 7.30, and the hall will be open from 7 pm and there will be a chance to socialise after the formal meeting. Please being some festive finger food to share and drinks if you wish. The hall is quite spacious, but please try to maintain social distancing and don't congregate around the food table.

The Agenda, Accounts and Minutes of the 2020AGM are posted here, together with with the relevant documents for the 2021 meeting. Please look at these in advance of the meeting, and print off your own copies if you possibly can. We are trying to avoid unnecessary expenditure on photocopying, most of which then gets recycled. It would be good if nominations for the Committee could be made to the Secretary, Martin Harris, in advance of the meeting. Members of the present Committee, with one exception, are willing to stand again, but if you wish to nominate anyone else, either for one of these positions or for any other position, please make sure you have that person’s consent.

The AGM is a chance for people to get together both to socialise and to have their say in how the Group is run, so please come along and help to make this an enjoyable evening.
